Business Analyst Role
Working primarily as a Business Analyst, this company prides itself in flexing to meet its clients’ needs, whilst standardising delivery as much as possible. No two projects will be the same, and you may find yourself wearing different hats for different clients: Product Owner, end-to-end BA, client liaision or technical consultant (and often wearing many hats at once). But crucial to all of these is getting to the heart of problems, backing up your findings with data, and then helping to deliver a solution that makes an actual, measured impact.
Their ideal employee is a down-to-earth pragmatic type, who thrives in a small-but-ambitious, highly visible environment where they can stand up and be counted. The flip side of this of course is great recognition and the satisfaction of knowing what you do counts.
You’ll also be relied upon to directly input into the shaping of the BA practice, and how the role operates within the wider SDLC.
Business Analyst Required Skills
In order to do this role, you’ll need to be a Business Analyst who has a good grounding with a variety of analysis techniques, a logical and inquisitive mind, and the drive and energy to make a difference. Communication is key, and you’ll know how to build trust and lasting relationships, amd get your message across effectively.
Expereince working within an Agile software delivery team is highly desirable, and knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean or running DMAIC projects) is a bonus
The key to this role is curiosity, and appreciation of what makes clients tick – then being able to communicate this to technical teams to build the right solution.

Based in Leeds City Centre, there’s a basic salary of £45-55K, plus pension, employee equity scheme, great offices, 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
