The Business Analyst role
As a Business Analyst you’ll perform an end-to-end role from project scoping to requirements gathering to on-going support.
But this is far more than your traditional BA role – it requires a talented individual with exceptional emotional intelligence. You’ll be working with external clients to understand their problems, and ultimately deliver solutions that provide commercial value.

Business Analyst required skills
In order to do this role, you’ll need to be a seasoned Business Analyst who can do the full spectrum of the role, from running workshops and 1:1s to acting as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
You’ll need to have plenty of software project delivery experience under your belt, ideally with some knowledge of data.
The key to this role is curiosity, and appreciation of what makes clients tick – then being able to communicate this to technical teams to build the right solution.

Based in Leeds City Centre, there’s a basic salary of £45-55K, plus pension, employee equity scheme, 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
