User Researcher Role

  • In this brand new, specially created role (due to company growth), you’ll own the User Research function

  • You’ll engage with users and stakeholders to ensure the product being built is fit for purpose, and will make a difference

  • You’ll plan and lead user researcher activities, build user-centred practices in teams and feed your findings into the product roadmap

  • You’ll play a key part in our social mission, in providing ‘tech for good’

User Researcher Requirements

  • We need somebody to hit the ground running, due to an exciting pipeline of work, so you’ll be an experienced User Researcher already

  • You’ll either come from a public sector background (local or central government, or the NHS, for example) and therefore understand delivery models such as GDS

  • OR You’ll be a User Researcher who knows how to deliver a Product (and is familiar with Agile principles)

  • Whatever your background, you’ll have a passion for socially and ethically sound projects, and understand the powerful role technology can have

  • You’ll also be excited by the prospect of working within a growing business, and the impact you can have in this environment
