Do you want to work for an ethical company? We’re looking for a talented Service Desk Manager to head up a team of 7, responsible for all aspects of IT service including resolving issues, installing software and desktop support.

Service Desk Manager role

  • As the head of a solid team, you’ll offer guidance, support, and have the freedom to put your own mark on the team and do things your way

  • You’ll be able to take advantage of a great work/life balance policy

  • You’ll play a key part in the implementation of new IT products and procedures

  • You’ll provide close management in a young and friendly environment

Service Desk Manager skills and experience

  • Line management/mentoring experience

  • Technical background preferably in IT Service

  • Great understanding of Microsoft tech

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Customer service background

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from the boardroom to the ops floor

  • Ability to work within a close-knit team
