Technical Support Engineer Role 

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly-growing software consultancy

  • You’ll be joining an innovative software solutions consultancy during a really exciting phase of growth 

  • You’ll get great training and support to progress your career 

  • You’ll enjoy helping customers solve their issues 

  • You’ll be a logical thinker, and enjoy unpicking problems to find the route cause 

  • You’ll be solving service desk, software problems and customer queries , providing diagnostics, so will get a great technical exposure 

  • You’ll be documenting and producing reports 

  • You’ll have a lot of opportunity to shape your career as the organisation grows 

Technical Support Engineer required skills 

  • Ideally you’ll have a broad foundation of software knowledge, and understand solution-based products 

  • Most importantly, you’ll have the right attitude: curious, love tinkering with tech, and a natural problem-solver 

  • You’ll have strong customer service skills, welcome questions, and take ownership of issues 

  • You may have just completed a computing degree or IT qualification, or love tinkering with software in your spare time, and be keen to kickstart your career.
