Personal Assistant requirements
Previous admin/support experience
Experience in a busy office environment
Plenty of initiative
You’ll be welcoming on the phone, and happy to chat face to face
You know the importance of keeping customers happy
You’re passionate about what you do
You’re self-motivated and like to be busy
You’re organised with good attention to detail
Good numeracy skills
IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Decent understanding of Twitter, Linkedin and other social media platforms.
Personal Assistant role
Working in a scenic office estate situated in Leeds
Varied and interesting admin and support work
Manage and maintain diary, appointments and travel arrangements of the Managing Director
You’ll be performing a wide range of tasks, supporting the team, office management and leading the social media
You’ll be ‘the face’ of the company, answering calls, emails and directing enquires
