Here's a little bit more background on the opportunity: What will I get up to? You will be part of a BA consultancy team, working with clients to define and fix their problems, work out and document their needs. Your company’s speciality is data, so you’ll need to be able to collect evidence using data, and the problems you’re working on will very much have data-driven solutions. So more like a consultant? Ummm… kind of. You’re very much more involved from the beginning, defining problems, initiating discovery projects, understanding needs and collecting requirements. You’ll very much be an ‘end-to-end’ BA, being able to work strategically and also elicit, elaborate and document the detail. Who are the company? An award-winning data consultancy, now 30-strong and growing quickly. There’s a real buzz around the place. They’ve got lovely offices, a grown-up working environment, and use some nice tech. What’s the company culture like? You’ll be treated like a grown-up, be able to think independently, expected to manage your own time and work, and given the freedom to get results. Will travel be involved? They try to do what they can via phone and video conferencing, but occasionally you’ll need to travel to client sites. What’s in it for me?
